Guys and gals, we had to share with you the amazing skills of the Austin Rudy’s BBQ Cutting contest’s 2008 winner.  While receiving requests of different meats from what it sounds like, one of the judges, this guy blazes through these cuts at high speeds.  Watch  and enjoy!!!
