If you look back over the many improvements and or innovations in the realm of outdoor BBQing and grilling in the past 20 years or so, few could argue that one of the most innovative is the development temperature control devices for use on BBQcookers.

We had a great time at Galvinell Meats’ Grillin and Chillin Cookoff. While we at Huck’s Hut didn’t do as well as we’d like, we did have tons of fun. The facilities were great and we plan to attend and compete next year. Here are our pics from the event.
