Started with a 8lb picnic 1/2 cup of kosmo's pork inject mixed with 2 cups apple juice.Injected all over in the fridge over night.
Start the fire while waiting for smoker to come to temp take pork out of fridge. Season pork then add yellow mustard then add a second layer. Fat side down @ 300 for 2 hours.Then flip cook flat side up til 202 took about 7 and a half hours. Foil let rest .

I pulled half cut 1/2 in chunks added more rub a little apple juice a bbq sauce.
