Favorite BBQ?

What is everyones favorite meat to BBQ or Smoke?

I have to say mine is chicken. I love the smell of chicken cooking over coals.

I'd have to say that I love brisket. Although I haven't done it myself, I've helped my father. It just takes too damn long to do it right "low and slow".

The best bbq I cook is pull pork. The best bbq I like is scallops wraped in bacon.
