I'll be there with the Mid Atlantic BBQ Association group. Not sure if I'll be doing a grilling demo, or what.

I encourage everyone interested in BBQ and backyard cooking to attend and see what Melvin makes at Meadow Creek.

Yes, these open houses keep Melvin and his staff rather busy. You best call hiim and see when he may be available for an interview, or conduct one over the phone. If he has time I would think he would be willing.

My schedule has changed. I'll be at Meadow Creek all day on Friday, but may be heading down to Dover to help out the Mullane's with the judging class on Saturday.
