bbq wings

Saw a recipe for wings that calls for wings to be breaded then smoked over open fire BDS will come in handy here. Any body triied this ?

Thanks for posting the wing recipe going to give this a try sunday. Think i will add my own spin by using panko bread crumbs on some of them will let you know how they turn out.

Well gave the breaded wings a try everyone liked them crunchy skin moist meat . All the extra work with the breading wil not do this often but will try again.
