Greetings, I'm bigbbq and I'm more into catering on smokers. We have a custom meadow creek built rig and had it for about a year. I started on on a weber and a UDS prior to moving on to our rig. I've been BBQing for 10 years now and have won several contests. I've followed the Huck's Hut Blog for a few months and I'm looking forward to this forum to become an awesome resource.
