Made it up to our summer get-a-way in Northern Michigan and have spent 2 day on yard work so it was time for a treat. There is a great butcher up here and I stopped by and picked up two, 1/2 lb. filets. This past winter I picked up one of those $199.00 Performers, but have not had time to put it together since getting up here so I use our Weber Q 300 Gasser.
