I'm currently reading a book by George Hensler of "who are those guys" bbq competition fame. Early take on it.....pretty good. We'll be recording the next episode based on this topic

I got the book but have not started it yet. It is short enough I think even I could do it in an afternoon. I better get reading before the next episode of ITH.

The thickness of a book can motivate or discourage. I was motivated I knew I could finish this book. :D
