Hi Everyone!

My husband and I have just recently begun to really get into the world of grilling and smoking. We have always had a propane grill, but last spring invested in a Weber One Touch Gold and then over the summer picked up a Weber Smokey Mountain. The only thing we use the propane grill for now is to start the charcoal for the other two!

I can't wait to read about your recipes, techniques, and to see what I can learn!

Welcome good choice of bbq equipment.A lot of good things can be done on a wsm and a 22 weber.
