The folks over at char-broil has stepped their game up. Per Derrick Riches of bbq.about.com, the Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer, that was introduced in 2007 caught on pretty well. Now this new smoker will do everything in the title of this thread including letting you use wood chips.
