I found that some of the shows are filmed near my home in philly. In a recent episode the chef Walter Staib did a stuffed cabbage. He blanched the cabbage and peeled back a few layers blanched til the cabbage was the size of a fist. Then he cut out the heart diced then add to a ground beef mixture.Put the mixture back in the cabbage folded the layers back and with cheese cloth shaped back to a ball back in the water simmer about 90 min.
