The snow is coming and I wanted to make sure we had food for the weekend soooo .....:) I rubbed these two 8 lb butts at 11:00 AM and put them in the fridge until 11:00 PM.

Fired up some Royal Oak. I like how blue flame stands out in the dark.

Unwrapped and ready to go on the WSM. The snow had already started. Set the alarm for 7:00 AM and went to bed.



Chit screwed up setting the alarm and it went off at 6:00 AM checked the computer all was good and went back to bed for an hour.

7:00 AM looking good. Stoked the fire and sit back and wait for 190ish.

Off to the kitchen to make some coleslaw and iron skillet cornbread. More of the real porn when it is pulled.

Looks real good there bbquzz. What temp did you pull them and how long did it take?

After 20 hours they hit 185° and was time to eat.
