Read where i guy would cook pork butts frozen no rub with hickory wood at 300-350 pit temp . Think i will try this should cut cooking time a bit.

Going to give this a try next week for christmas party at work . Will season or inject before freezing will use apple or oak wood because that's what i have on hand .
