Custom modded smoker/grill

Anyone here ever custom modded their smoker? Either an add-on or from scratch?

Had a charcoal basket made for my offset also changed the exhaust to start a grill level .Still thinking about adding a guru to mind temps.

The BBQ gurus are great. A buddy of mine has one and it works very well with offsets.
