I don't know Huck well enough to want to "Flip Him The Bird," but I do want to share my second turkey. This is a test turkey and I'll just use it for sandwiches and maybe a pot pie, but wanted to share it. I used a Hawaiian brine that I picked up from Derrick Riches at http://bbq.about.com/, worked and tastes great. I do think I'll use Huck's more traditional brine on the real T-Day bird. Given I do not have all the trimmings I am setting the bar very low for the rest of you to "Flip Huck The Bird". I am hoping to do one with all the trimmings and flip that bird at Huck:) This was my first cook with my new CyberQ II .... Wow is that neat. If you want to see some other pictures of the setup go to www.bbquzz.com.

If you are a techno geek you will appreciate the CyberQ II on my iPhone. You can actually set the pit from your phone.
