Recently added to the Williams-Sonoma website is the Meatball Grill Basket. We’re pretty used to smoking our meatballs w/o a template but we still think this is a cool tool for perfectly smoked meatballs. Link to purchase after the jump

Guys and gals, we had to share with you the amazing skills of the Austin Rudy’s BBQ Cutting contest’s 2008 winner.  While receiving requests of different meats from what it sounds like, one of the judges, this guy blazes through these cuts at high speeds.  Watch  and enjoy!!!
