SMOKE RING = pink layer near surface of meat cause by chemical reaction with wood smoke
MOP = thin liquid mixture of herbs and spices to add flavor and moisture to the meat while cooking liquid can be beer,water,wine,vinegar, apple juice as a few examples
ABT = atomic buffalo turds jalapeno pepper stuffED with cheese and wrapped in bacon
FATTIES = breakfast saugage stuff with something rolled up like rolling pins
STICK BURNER = large smoker that uses logs for fuel mainly
TEXAS CRUTCH = foil to speed up cooking process and keep meat from drying out
BURNT ENDS = bbq brisket chooped from point end
RUB = a mixture of herbs and or spices runned into meat as seasoning
ECB = el chepo brinkman water smoker about 30 dollars
BGE = big green egg ceramic smoker/ grill
BDS = big drum smoker drum smoker made by rocky richmond
PP = pulled pork
BB = baby back ribs
RO = royal oak charcoal
BCC = beer can chicken
WALLY WORLD= wal mart
MINNION METHOD = method of lighting fire for long cooks by add lit coals to firebox of unlit coals
CAB = certifed angus beef
CALL = in bbq contest annoncer request presences to recieve an award
EGGER or EGGHEAD = person that cooks on the big green egg; big green egg enthusiast
WSM = weber smokey mountain bullet type smoker
