Miss Scarlet’s Carolina Red BBQ Sauce
We’ve been having a lot of sauces and rubs to review as of late which brings us to one of “Pig of the Month’s” latest offerings…Miss Scarlet’s Carolina Red BBQ Sauce.
Some may not know but Carolina Style BBQ Sauce tends to be thin and vinegar based. By the title, we kind of knew going into it, what the consistency of the sauce was going to be. We must say that this one did not disappoint. Our test subject for this sauce was some pulled pork that Sr. had made. I’m a little more biased to the thick and sweet BBQ Sauce but this wasn’t bad at all. Sr. is not partial to any particular BBQ sauce. This was a huge hit with Sr. If you like Carolina Style BBQ, this is the sauce to try. We give this sauce 3.5 Huck Starts out of 5. This sauce can be purchased HERE.
