Kosmo’s Pork Injection Review
We know, it’s been a while since our last blog post. However we’ve been hard at work on the “In the Hut” podcast. Today we’d like to bring to you our review on Kosmo’s Pork injection.
Our package was enough for 2 pork butts. the directions on the package state to mix 3/4 cup of product to 3 cups liquid. (Apple juice,Peach Nectar,Water, or whatever liquid you prefer). For our particular test, we used a combo of 1/2 apple juice and 1/2 water. We sat our pork shoulder in the fridge for 4 hours after injecting. We noticed that our meat was very tender and juicy similar to that of the results of other pork injections we’ve used. One of the more important things we noticed was that this injection was not overbearing on the taste. You could still taste whatever other ingredients were added. On a scale of 10 we gave kosmo’s pork injection a 9. We also plan to purchase more for the upcoming competition season.
