    All have been good, but this one is great. Loads of good info to stay refreshed just before the bird goes on the smoker. Very good questions, HJr., every time I would think of a question you would ask it. I follow both Curt and Tony on Twitter and it is was good hearing both of them live. Curt and Tony live fairly close to me and it sounds like they are having great meals, but Huck is still my BBQ Guru. I think he’d better set an extra palace at the table I’m headed to Philly, I’ll bring the mac and cheese if no one else does;-) Thanks for the great work and I’ll be looking forward to the turkey cooking on Huck TV.
