We picked up the 3 EYZ original bbq spice rub from the 3 eyz guys at the Galvinell Grillin and Chillin bbq contest. The 3 eyz guys told us it works great on ribs so that’s what we used for this test.

We had a great time at Galvinell Meats’ Grillin and Chillin Cookoff. While we at Huck’s Hut didn’t do as well as we’d like, we did have tons of fun. The facilities were great and we plan to attend and compete next year. Here are our pics from the event.
