KK, No have not used both racks yet. Plan cook soon will use both racks stay tune. When using both racks on my wsm I would move meat around to even cook times. Midi worked flawless all on 6 lbs. charcoal.

Hey Huck!

I have been thinking about getting the midi for quite some time. I was not sure it would be large enough. I believe this video convinced me to go for it! I have a couple of questions though. Have you loaded up both racks with food? ? ? and if so, do you notice a difference in the cooking time on either rack...as in does the one cook faster than the other?

Thanks and keep smokin'!!
