Today we are going to make pizza on the grill. In this tutorial, we used
1) Home made dough (You may use prepped dough such as Boboli or Digiorno
2) Pizza Stone
4) Tomato sauce
5 Mushrooms, green peppers red peppers and onions
First, we place the pizza stone on the grill and heat up to 400 degrees.
We then spread out our dough to the desired consistency
Then we spread our tomato sauce over the dough like so
We then place the shredded cheddar cheese on the pizza and add our peppers, onions and mushrooms on top of the cheese (you may want to add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic on this step–we did)
Using a pizza peel, place the pizza onto the pizza stone. Leave there for about 15min. and at that point, the cheese should be melted and the dough is crispy.
Now 15min. later, you have a great tasting pizza.
