Review of Picky Vicki’s Rib Rub
While touring the different set-ups at the Diamond State Championship in Dover, De, we came across an interesting woman named Picky Vicki. She had various products that we just had to give one a try. We of course chose her Rib Rub. First thing is that the rub comes in an easy pour container. Our first test was on a bag of popcorn. I must say that this is a tasty concoction of salt, garlic, and peppery flavor. We then tested the rub on a chuck roast. We really liked this rub as it gives a very old-fashioned roadside BBQ taste. We’d recommend you pay Picky Vicki’s stand a visit at the next bbq competition.
