Shotgun Fred aka “The BBQ Guru” shows us his new creation
That’s right folks, what you are looking at is the unreleased rotisserie grill from the BBQ Guru. We caught up with Fred at the Diamond State BBQ challenge and he showed us this cool creation.
We apologize we don’t have video as that would have done it more justice, but we’ll explain as best as possible. What you are looking at is a grill with a hand crank and an iron skillet attached. The iron skillet has charcoal in it and can be adjusted to sit closer or further away from the food. The skillet with the burning charcoal inside serves the purpose of heating the top of the food as the grill surface spins. We believe this will be released this year but not sure when exactly. Price is uncertain as well.
