		<description>Have you tried grilling something like chicken or steaks in it.  I&#039;m considering a BDS, but I want to consolidate my cooking devices.  I currently have a WSM and a Weber Kettle, but I prefer to have just one; therefore, I &#039;m curious if you&#039;re able to grill normal foods on it like burgers, chicken, steaks.
